The Opportunity Description Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch), Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with rotating weekends and required availability on holidays.
About the Role:This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication between departments, maintaining accurate records, and assisting clients with professionalism and compassion. The role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and meaningful environment within the funeral and cemetery services industry.
Key Responsibilities: - Answer phone calls and direct clients to appropriate team members
- Process payments and perform accurate data entry in internal systems
- Maintain and distribute inventory and materials to counselors
- Research and verify customer account information to ensure readiness for services
- Order and coordinate headstones and memorial items
- Provide administrative support across departments, including front desk, counselors, and management
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and document preparation
- Help coordinate meetings and manage calendars
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are well-stocked and maintained
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
