Administrative Assistant III Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive array of community based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania. Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty. The Lutheran SeniorLife Foundation is responsible for raising funds for all entities, programs and services provided by Lutheran SeniorLife. It facilitates charitable giving from individuals, churches, employees, foundations and corporations through donations, bequests and grants. The Administrative Assistant III is a confidential position with the expectation that responsibilities are carried out with sensitivity and the use of appropriate judgment. A position responsible to the Foundation President for all routine organization and administrative duties as well as any special projects that may be assigned. This shall include all duties related to job tasks as assigned and includes positive communication, interaction, and problem solving with foundation staff, donors and employees. Adheres to Company's administrative and departmental policies and procedures including but not limited to safety, health and confidentiality. Qualifications for Administrative Assistant III: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university preferred. 5+ years related experience in senior management support roles. Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and some database experience required.
