Description - Seeking a highly organized and professional individual to provide administrative and office support.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating respect, tact, and courtesy when interacting with elected officials, business leaders, coworkers, and the public.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, managing work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel), and knowledge of office technology (printers, copiers).
- Experience with procurement, inventory management, and maintaining compliance
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to perform light errands using a company vehicle and coordinate vehicle maintenance.
- Experience providing hospitality support, meeting setup, and maintaining meeting supplies.
- Attention to detail in safeguarding confidential information.
Skills Required - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel). Valid Arizona driver's license.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.
Experience Required - High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of office experience.
