Description
  • Seeking a highly organized and professional individual to provide administrative and office support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating respect, tact, and courtesy when interacting with elected officials, business leaders, coworkers, and the public.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, managing work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel), and knowledge of office technology (printers, copiers).
  • Experience with procurement, inventory management, and maintaining compliance
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to perform light errands using a company vehicle and coordinate vehicle maintenance.
  • Experience providing hospitality support, meeting setup, and maintaining meeting supplies.
  • Attention to detail in safeguarding confidential information.
Skills Required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel). Valid Arizona driver's license.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.
Experience Required
  • High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of office experience.
