Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Center Specialist to manage shop operations, sales, and branch activities while ensuring timely resolution of customer contracts, billing, invoicing, and administrative issues. This role is critical for maintaining documentation accuracy, payment processing, and excellent customer service.
Core Responsibilities:
†Manage inbound phone calls, online inquiries, and walk-in customer interactions.
†Perform operations and logistics tasks, including scheduling technicians, deliveries, and equipment.
†Collaborate with customers and branch staff to address and resolve issues effectively.
†Process customer requests such as order placements over the phone, in person, or via email.
†Document tasks in process flows and answer standard or non-routine product questions.
†Direct inquiries to appropriate service or sales personnel as necessary.
†Enter orders and arrange delivery to various sites, including understanding freight terms and agreements.
†Handle contract renewals, maintenance, or changes of purchase orders.
†Review contract autorenewals and support additions identified by branch staff.
†Support Service Shop Technicians by completing work orders and pulling required parts for product repair.
†Assist branch staff in compiling metrics and support timely completion of customer requests.
†Ensure time entries and billing are accurate for service engagements and projects.
†Update customer payment forms and process service order payments.
†Add all service operations and part numbers to service orders.
†Foster a safe working environment and culture within the organization.
†Meet the needs of both internal and external customers, ensuring expectations are met.

†Collaborate in a team environment, working independently when necessary.
Qualifications:
†High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of applicable work experience.
†Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
†Basic understanding of ERP systems and general business concepts.
†Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to work autonomously on medium-complexity tasks.
†Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
†Basic knowledge of typical IT business tools and fluency in relevant systems.
Standard Work Hours:
†40 hours per week.
