Under moderate supervision, in addition to routine support will also provide specialized administrative support for assigned department(s), team(s) or individuals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responds or routes complex and/or specialized inquiries from external or internal sources with appropriate correspondence or other messaging.
  • Schedules and coordinates, and plans meetings, travel, and other group activities.
  • May support other routine, complex, or specialized office tasks such as expense reporting, invoicing, office supply inventory, or specific processes related to department(s) or individual(s) supported. Tasks supported may be ones with some ambiguity. In addition, may offer suggestions on process improvements to increase efficiency or maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Utilize data to prepare reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials utilizing various word processing or presentation software. Will utilize data to also offer suggestions for process improvements. May conduct light research or information gathering to assist in report preparation.
  • Maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant materials or records.
  • Utilizes knowledge to coach or provide mentorship to other Administrative Assistants as needed.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION: High School Diploma

EXPERIENCE: 1+ year administrative experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • General knowledge of business administration tasks and duties.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's

EXPERIENCE: 1+ years supporting assigned function.
