Our client, a leader in the finance and analytics industry, is seeking an Intern, Finance Analytics to join their team. As an Intern, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a naturally curious mindset, and excellent organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Intern, Finance Analytics
Location: Maple Grove, MN (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite)
Pay Range: $22-25 per hour depending on academic standing
What's the Job? - Assisting Project Managers in managing global projects with cross-functional teams to drive performance.
- Analyzing large sets of data, identifying trends, and developing recommendations to present to stakeholders and leadership.
- Researching and benchmarking against the competitive landscape.
- Assisting the team in automating data collection processes and reporting tools.
- Supporting corporate projects by developing approaches, communicating plans, and managing timelines to achieve project goals.
What's Needed? - Current rising sophomore, junior, or senior working towards a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, data analytics, or project management (graduation dates between May 2026 - May 2028).
- Must have at least one semester of school left post-internship to qualify.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction/immigration sponsorship.
- High proficiency with MS Office Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to organize complex data.
