Position Highlights:
  • Hourly Pay Range: $20-33.21. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
  • Location: Floating between Elmhurst, IL & Naperville, IL
  • Full Time - 40 hours/ week
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm
  • Required Travel: Yes, Floating between Elmhurst Hospital & Edward Hospital
What you will do:
  • Supports 20 leadership staff members of Women's & Children Services
  • Coordinates the calendars of leaders and organizes meetings with interprofessional groups
  • Manages payment of physicians who are on call or are on contract
  • Learn the workflow and assume processes handled through Workday, Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
What you will need:
  • Minimum three years of previous experience in an administrative support role
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Workday highly preferred.
  • Associate's Degree preferred or some secretarial school or certification
  • Strong ability to work independently and complete tasks from many leaders
