Administrative Assistant II

People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join our Waiver Case Management teams. This is a full-time hybrid position that supports our growing case management team.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday business hours, flexible start/end times

Location: 3000 Ames Crossing Rd, Suite 600, Eagan, MN 55121 Hybrid

Hiring Range: $20.00-$21.60/ hourly, based on qualifications

Hiring Bonus: $1,000 to external candidates

Main Job Duties:
  • Must be able to have in-office presence
  • Responsible for generating correspondence, statistical information, meeting minutes, and other general administrative support to the program.
  • Partner with the development and maintaining of workplace databases and files and working with the county system.
  • Create and maintain program files and that information is handled in accordance with company confidentiality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service from incoming callers and email inquiries, providing information, taking messages or directing them to the appropriate person.

Qualifications:

Passing all background and requirements for facility and position; and

The ability to pass the screening required by Federal Human Services Office of Inspector General to assure that person has not been excluded from working in the Health Care Programs which receive federal funding.

Education and Experience:
  • Associates in Arts degree.
  • Minimum of one year of prior administrative support experience.
  • In lieu of an Associates in Arts degree and one year of prior experience, a high school diploma and three years of administrative experience may be substituted.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working with individuals who have mental illness.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior administrative support experience within a not-for-profit environment.
