As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be part of the Sales Training department, supporting a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Job Title: Administrative Assistant II
Location: Arden Hills, MN (Onsite preferred, hybrid options available)
Pay Range: $27-29/hour
What's the Job? - Perform general administrative duties including photocopying, coordinating meetings, and maintaining supplies.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing information and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Coordinate projects and assignments, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of data.
- Create and revise routine documents, ensuring high standards of grammar and spelling.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
What's Needed? - High School degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Experience with Concur is a great plus.
