Tuvli, an Akima company, is hiring for an Administrative Assistant II to support our DoS client located in Washington, DC. The candidate will provide administrative support to Department of State designated offices.

Responsibilities
  • Receives visitors
  • Answers/screens phone calls
  • Provides travel support
  • Performs correspondence review and document management
  • Provides meeting support
  • Provides human resources support
  • Provides time and attendance support
  • Provides logistical support
  • Provides executive support
  • Serves as administrative back-up to senior executive offices
  • Database support
Qualifications
  • Must have an Associate's degree and a minimum of five years direct experience; or a Bachelor's degree in a related field of study, or combination of substantial experience and education in the administrative field
  • Must possess a solid working knowledge of current Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook), and current SharePoint application
  • Proficient written/verbal communication skills
  • Must have a Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret and/or SCI within 6 months of start date if required
