Our client, a dynamic organization in the technology sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting the Head of Technology, Head of Marketing, and Head of Strategic Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant II

Location: Alameda, CA

Pay Range: $32/hr on w2

What's the Job?
  • Provide administrative support to department managers and their teams.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage calendars for key personnel.
  • Track travel expenses using Concur and manage event details.
  • Order food and beverages for meetings and maintain office supplies.
  • Perform word processing, editing, and database upkeep as needed.
What's Needed?
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; higher education is a plus.
  • 0 to 3 years of relevant clerical experience; more experienced candidates are also welcome.
  • Proficiency in two to three vendor software programs.
  • Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively with various departments.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
