Akkodis is seeking an Administrative Assistant II for a contract rolewith possible extension in Alameda, CA. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of supporting multiple senior leaders in a fast-paced office environment.

Pay Rate: $32.00 - $35.00/hour (W2). The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Administrative Assistant II Job Responsibilities include:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Technology, Head of Marketing, and Head of Strategic Operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and handle detailed logistics for executive calendars.
  • Organize internal and external events, including meeting planning, setup, catering, and follow-ups.
  • Track and submit travel and business expenses using Concur.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and meeting refreshments.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple departments and teams.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting tight deadlines.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED (proof of diploma or certification required).
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 0-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or office support role (more experienced candidates also welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using Concur or similar travel/expense management platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay Details: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour
