Duties
  • Initiate and answer the telephone and radio calls.
  • Maintain timekeeping, overtime records, call out lists, dispatch sheets, crew cards, district filing system and audit payroll entries.
  • Maintain flow of all incoming and outgoing paperwork, including computer input (Precision), material issue tickets and requisitions.
  • Must perform duties in a professional and courteous manner to promote a positive image of the Road Commission for Oakland County.
  • Requires a daily schedule that supports RCOC hours of operation.
  • Regular and predictable onsite job attendance is an essential function of this position.
Special Experience/Education:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Training in office procedures and clerical skills.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of clerical and either word processing or other computer applications experience is required.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid State of Michigan Driver's License.
