Adecco is hiring a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for complex support, including Kronos vacation entries and calendar management.

Pay Rate : $17.98 - 22.70/Hr (17.98/Hr)

Location: Remote (Can sit anywhere in the US)

Shift : Mon-Fri 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM

Job Description

Primary focus is providing complex administrative support for entering vacation in Kronos and Calendaring in various platforms for individuals and/or department. Works under limited supervision with general instructions given on new assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Performs general administrative duties that may include data-entry, coordinating calendars, spreadsheets, and various administrative tasks.

Serves as a point of contact for the Sales Team.

Answers complex functional questions that may require additional research and follow-up.

Viewed as key functional resource.

Anticipates and coordinates projects/assignments, organizes own schedules, and that of others, to meet deadlines. May gather and prepare data in preparation of upcoming projects; identifies future needs to complete projects.

Makes decisions using independent judgment under only general guidelines.

Translates thoughts into documents (letters/memos/presentations, etc.) using existing material; ensures document is logical and complete as well as accurate in grammar and spelling; makes suggestions for improvements in existing communications.

Manages work in a confidential manner, ensuring information is shared with internal and external individuals in an appropriate manner; provides guidance to peers as necessary regarding proprietary information.

Confidential information typically consists of company/division sensitive information (i.e. new product technology).

Qualifications:

High School or equivalent

1 - 2 years of Admin Assistant experience.

Heavy Data entry experience

Calendar management experience

Previous experience in Kronos, Outlook, SharePoint, or Salesforce.

Pay Details: $17.98 to $22.70 per hour
