Position Title
Administrative Assistant I
Job Responsibilities
• provides assistance to students and their families concerning account balances
• billing and collection of student accounts
• coordinate student loan documents
• balance account receivable ledgers
• perform a variety of daily and monthly bookkeeping functions
• assist with daily cashiering functions
• assist in processing student refunds
• other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and accurate; able to work independently and with others; problem-solving abilities; flexibility and adaptability; professionalism; familiarity with computer software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; and the ability to maintain confidential records. Preferred qualifications include prior experience with Banner ERP software; debt collection; and accounting / bookkeeping experience.
