Overview:

Provides secretarial, office management and/or project assistance to the department. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.


  • Job Description Responsibilities:
    • Answers telephone, routes calls appropriately.
    • Arranges meetings, prepares meeting minutes.
    • Photocopies, faxes, distributes.
    • Greets visitors.
    • Establishes/maintains office files.
    • Requisitions supplies, printing, maintenance or other services.
    • Maintains budget management program.
    • Processes invoices.
    • Maintains and routes reports on a routine basis.
    • Performs other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience : Minimum of one year previous general clerical experience.
  • Other Experience : Accurately types 50 wpm and must have knowledge of computers
