CTG is seeking to fill an Administrative Assistant - Reliability / Storeroom opening for our client in Hebron, OH. Location: Hebron, OH
Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Duties: The Administrative Assistant will provide critical administrative and inventory control support to the Reliability and Storeroom departments. Working directly under the Technical Spare Parts Manager, this role will be responsible for data entry, documentation, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records within SAP and other systems. The position includes supporting the coordination of mechanical and electrical spare parts and requires professional communication with both internal teams and external suppliers. Additionally, the role provides light oversight and support to a small team from LICO, a program supporting individuals with special needs, twice a week. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support evolving departmental needs.
Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience using SAP and networked databases
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Comfort with handling mechanical and electrical inventory data
- Respectful, inclusive approach to working with individuals of varying abilities
Experience: - Previous administrative support experience required
- Preferred background in technical, inventory, or manufacturing settings
Education: - High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Additional training or education in administrative functions is a plus
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position is $21.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
