We are seeking a full-time Clinic Administrative Assistant to join our Gastroenterology South Division in Oregon City. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for clerical and general office support including routine and project-based support as assigned. Primary responsibilities include creating meeting agendas and managing meeting minutes, overseeing the DOO's and Manager's calendar, planning events, and entering information into our accounting system (MAS90). Additionally, tasks involve organizing and documenting files, assisting with the onboarding of new providers, supporting month-end activities, supply purchasing and inventory management for office/kitchen supplies, work closely with Accounts Payable for physician reimbursements, report management, and handling various miscellaneous tasks.
We are seeking a resourceful, experienced self-starter who is detail-oriented and organized. Candidates must have a professional demeanor, the ability to multitask, excellent phone and computer skills, and a strong work ethic.
Occasional travel coverage at the GI South locations in Tualatin and Newberg location will be required. Workdays will be Monday - Friday (8:00am-5:00pm).Starting pay range, based on experience: $24.04 - $32.52Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.Qualifications: - Minimum one year of experience in a clerical or administrative role. 3+ years' experience is preferred. Health care experience is a plus.
- Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are required.
- Experience in event planning, creating agendas, and handling purchase orders is preferred.
- Experience with Athena/CPS, ENVI, and DocuSign is preferred.
- General accounting knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff, and providers.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines.
