Role Description
This is a Full time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Winco Corporation, located in Lynbrook, NY. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including managing phone communications, assisting executives, and performing clerical duties. The role also involves construction accounting duties, managing Procore and Sage 300, preparing monthly requisitions, and certified payroll submissions.
Qualifications
- Skills in Administrative Assistance, Phone Etiquette, and Clerical duties
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and effective Communication
- Knowledge of Construction Accounting, and experience with Procore and Sage 300
- Ability to prepare Monthly Requisitions and Certified Payroll Submissions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
