Global commercial real estate firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant/ Event Coordinator to be responsible for providing welcome and concierge services in a front-of-house environment as well as coordinating events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Welcomes guests and visitors, making sure they reach their meetings and workplace in a warm and professional manner
- Coordinate events
- Offer assistance and help with requests for transportation, restaurant bookings and accommodation
- Issue visitor passes and validate guest parking
- Office wayfinding: provides visitors with information to navigate the building including pointing out nearest amenities and fire exits by showing or walking the guest to their destination
- Answers telephone in friendly, professional manner
- Help track visitors and assist with reporting
- Serve as point-of-contact and/or extension of the facilities team as representative of the Experience team.
- Arrange equipment service as needed
- Support with tasks within the Hospitality Team and assist other teams operating within the client space
Requirements- Bachelor's degree and 1-3+ years of event coordination or administrative experience
