Role description: Manage accurate information of inputs and material resources of inventory stock. Provide production with daily inputs as scheduled.

Position Overview and Responsibilities
Falcon Farms is looking for an Administrative Assistant to directly provide clerical support to our Regional DSD Operations Manager and our Regional Merchandising Supervisor. In this role, you enjoy being a part of a team. Your strong work ethic allows you to work well with others, but also thrive when working independently. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the basic clerical duties of organizing and maintaining the office including but not limited to:
•Provides clerical support to management and operational functions, including, but not limited to, photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, and answering telephone
•Maintaining calendar meetings and appointments
•May assist in preparing reports, gathering and summarize data.
•Reviews, researches, and enters data in various systems
•Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the office and the location of the various files and documents within the office.
•Performs other duties and projects as directed
Required Skills
•Must be bilingual (English Spanish) written and spoken
•Able to consistently work assigned schedule
