Administrative Assistant - Aviation Bend, OR
PrideStaff Bend is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a local aviation company. This is a full time position with a focus on administrative support for the Sales, Finance and Quality teams. The ideal candidate will have highly proficient computer skills, and a recent background in customer facing roles.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: - Manage Return to Vendor (RTV) workflow in coordination with Sales, Finance, and Quality.
- Handle customer and vendor invoice processing and filing.
- Arrange company travel and trade show logistics.
- Manage phone systems and assist with company event planning.
- Provide emergency backup for order processing.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications: - Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work independently.
- Experience with Salesforce and SAGE 100 is a plus.
Administrative Assistant Compensation & Benefits: - $20-$22 per hour
