Primary Duties: - Answer and route phone calls with precision and professionalism, ensuring callers reach the right team members.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely orders and upkeep of essential materials.
- Keep shared spaces like the kitchen and copy room organized and well-stocked.
- Coordinate the flow of mail and packages, both incoming and outgoing, with efficiency.
- Convert physical documents into digital formats for streamlined administration.
- Maintain an up-to-date log of evidence inventory to facilitate accurate billing.
- Monitor equipment usage monthly, assisting engineers with their billing and expense reports.
- Ensure all case-related documentation is managed and closed according to protocol.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports on engineer billing and case progress.
