Primary Skills: Administrative-Expert, Organized-Expert, Event Planning-Expert, Time Management-Advanced, MS Office-Advanced Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 12 Months Location: Onsite, San Jose (5 days/week onsite 9 AM - 5 PM PST) Pay Range: $30 - $32 per hour on W2 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Experience Platform team. This role involves close collaboration with team Executive Assistants and requires discretion, diplomacy, and the ability to handle confidential information. The successful candidate will be energetic, flexible, capable of building positive relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's schedule and organizational tasks. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a visible and proactive member of the Experience Platform team, embodying the company's values and acting as an ambassador. Manage the executive's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, coordination of complex schedules, and arrangement of business travel and events. Represent the executive in various capacities, managing communications, and speaking on their behalf on multiple issues. Provide administrative support including preparation of agendas, presentations, tracking department initiatives, and handling purchase orders and expense reports. Maintain a warm and welcoming environment, keeping the executive and team informed of organizational issues and concerns. Must-Have Skills: Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills Advanced time management and ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong written and verbal communication skills Industry Experience Required: Experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced corporate setting, preferably with experience in project management and using productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Slack).
