Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant 3 to join our team in Redmond, WA. This role provides comprehensive administrative support to management at all levels, including external business partners. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex administrative functions to support management and external partners.
  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate schedules, and arrange travel itineraries.
  • Process business expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Oversee department financial operations, personnel logistics, and facility coordination.
  • Handle procurement processes, including ordering computer equipment, office supplies, and reference materials.
  • Maintain and manage vendor relationships.
  • Provide general office support and serve as the primary contact for the department.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience managing expenses, travel arrangements, and scheduling.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
