This may include support for accounting, sales, reception, or business systems. This role uses phone, video, and email to communicate a variety of information to relevant parties. May lead small projects. May report on progress to management or sales team. REQUIREMENTS High school education or GED 2 years' experience in office clerical support/ Admin role Knowledge of organizational structure, database, forms and company policies and procedures related to job specific tasks Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint Key board/typing 35-55 wpm. Ability to prepare statistical and written reports as well as presentations for management. Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet goals or deadlines. Pass drug and background screen Meet deadlines without reminders or external direction Eligible to work in an ITAR environment ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties in accordance with established work procedures. Carries out assignments that may generally include setting up and maintaining files, preparing routine reports and forms, answering telephones, referring messages, replying to correspondence on own initiative, summarizing reports and information to facilitate review by superior, evaluating and resolving problems within scope of position. Plans and arranges conferences or meetings under general instructions from supervisor; communicates arrangements to appropriate individuals. May assist with expense reports, monthly plans, hourly efficiency reports, and accounts receivables as assigned.
