Job Title: Administrative Assistant 2
Job Location: Redmond, WA
Job Duration: 2 months Contract on W2 (High Chances for Contract extension)
Job Summary:
The main function of an Executive Administrative Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions.
A typical administrative assistant acts as the information and communication manager for an office.
Typical task breakdown and rhythm:
Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management, including external business partners.
Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements, and processes business expenses.
Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
Manages procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
Provides general office support.
Serves as the department/group contact.
Completes special team projects as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.
Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of experience required.

Education- MSFT background required
