Position is located at 240 S Main St, Bentonville, AR

Position is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with the ability to work additional hours as project needs demand.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant 2

SUMMARY: Under general supervision, the incumbent provides clerical services including the preparation of correspondence in final form, directing visitors and callers, maintaining departmental files and records, and producing reports. The Administrative Assistant 2 acts as a liaison to customers and other departmental staff. The incumbent will be required to maintain confidentiality and professionally interact with management, associates, customers, and the public. In addition, the incumbent maintains confidential customer and department records. The incumbent may also have primary responsibility for the preparation of reports that are submitted to the various department committees and may serve as secretary of formal committees.

What You'll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)

• Perform duties of Administrative Assistant 1, as necessary.

• Act for and on behalf of supervisors on many matters that do not require their direct participation.

• Maintain the accurate appearance of the department's finished work to present a professional image.

• Establish and maintain personal and confidential business files in an efficient and accurate manner.

• Make appointments and schedule meetings for the department and maintain the supervisor/department's calendar. As directed, answer phones for other department associates.

• Assist with research and data compilation to be used in presentations.

• Assist with compilation and distribution of agenda items for recurring meetings.

• Coordinate logistics and make arrangements for management, committee, board and other meetings/events.

• Assist customers and visitors as needed, ensuring all security measures are followed.

• Train Administrative Assistant 1, as needed

• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

Responsibilities:

Toolbox for Success:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

• Two years' administrative experience required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

• Arvest experience preferred.

• Associate degree preferred.

• Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
