Location: Old Mill Elementary

Description:
An elementary school administrative assistant supports the daily operations of the school by handling a variety of tasks. Responsibilities include managing student records, scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating communications between teachers, parents, and students, and providing general office support. They may also assist with attendance tracking, organizing school events, and ensuring that the front office runs smoothly.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma; secretarial and computer training
  • Experience with Google, Genesis, Excel, IEP Direct and mail merge functions in various programs
  • Excellent secretarial and organizational skills, experience with special education preferred
  • Strong communication and human relations skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality as required and when appropriate
Salary pursuant to the WTEA contract
