$18-$22/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday-Friday)
Duration: Temporary through Summer, with Potential for Permanent Hire
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide full-time support across various operational areas. This is a temporary position through the summer, with the possibility of permanent employment for a high-performing candidate. Offers extensive opportunities for continuous learning and development.
Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to project managers and office staff
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks including data entry, invoice tracking, and expense reconciliation
- Support lease administration, including lease renewals, document preparation, and tenant communication
- Deliver excellent customer service to tenants, vendors, and partners via phone, email, and in person
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scheduling, and maintaining organized records
- Help coordinate property maintenance requests and vendor dispatching
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree of 2+ years in an administrative position
- Prior experience in property management, real estate, or related field is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
