We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our corporate administration team and help support our office core functions.

Position Overview: The HR Admin and Accounting Admin Support role is a dual-function position responsible for providing administrative support to both the Human Resources and Accounting departments. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can handle a variety of tasks, including confidential employee records, invoicing, and financial documentation, ensuring smooth operations in both areas.

Essential Responsibilities

Finance Support Administration:
  • Process invoices from vendors and suppliers and track payments.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Handle petty cash and assist with cash flow management.
  • Maintain filing systems for accounting documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
HR Administration:
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records as needed.
  • Support employee benefits administration.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and other relevant data.
  • Support employee training and development programs by organizing sessions and tracking participation.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, with exposure to HR and accounting functions.

Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
