Administration Manager Opportunity in Houston, TX
A fast-growing technology company in Houston, TX, seeks a dedicated Administration Manager to support its global operations. This role is not eligible for relocation and requires a hard-working professional to ensure administrative excellence.
Salary range: $75,000-$100,000, based on experience.
What You'll Do:
- Provide high-level administrative support to global executives, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting executive outreach and strategic priorities.
- Lead infrastructure setup for the campus and coordinate building maintenance, key card access, and asset inventory.
- Supervise clerical staff, establish policies, and lead training and career development initiatives.
- Manage travel logistics, special projects, and staff welfare initiatives.
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional, adapting to new processes as needed.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of administrative experience, preferably in technology or logistics.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with an agile mindset to manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and outside standard hours as needed.
