The Admin. Support Workflow Coordinator (ATS) supports the federal client by creating, managing and satisfies the QASP scheduling metrics in providing daily schedules to staff and management. Communicates with staff on issues concerning QASP requirements as they relate to scheduling and managing instructional logistics

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance level for access to classified information, systems, facilities, equipment, and property.
  • Associate's degree or relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education / experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with experience communicating effectively with all levels of staff and management.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Works closely with the Program Manager to ensure classes are consolidated to maximize the utilization of instructional time
  • Provides management with workflow recommendations and assists with troubleshooting performances/standards issues.
  • Creates, updates and maintains various training schedules. Some schedules are complex in nature and require an extensive amount of coordination and validation.
  • Trains new and existing staff on essential scheduling tasks and responsibilities
  • Communicates trends in the schedule to management
  • Creates and manages training logistics (inputting classes/sessions, closing classes, etc.) on USPTO LMS (learning management system) site.
  • Coordinates SharePoint calendar for OPIR/ATS, contract management and staff
  • Creates, manages and satisfies the QASP scheduling metrics in providing daily schedules to staff and management. Communicates with staff on issues concerning QASP requirements as they relate to scheduling and managing instructional logistics.
  • Provides administrative support as required to support the contract
  • Possesses the ability to quickly learn new technical skills, procedures, and specialized software applications.
  • Must possess demonstrated ability for high production and accuracy.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree or relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education / experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Work is primarily performed in an office / home office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear.
