Admin, Operations, and Media Assistant

Ticket Producer is a dynamic, rapidly growing ticketing and distribution company specializing in live theater and events. Our creative division, 193 MEDIA, produces original video and social media content. We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented Admin, Operations, and Media Assistant to support both the logistical and creative aspects of the business.

This is a multi-faceted role that sits at the intersection of the executive office and operations while also contributing to our media presence. You'll support a high-demand entrepreneur and collaborate frequently with his Executive Assistant, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly-and where discretion, composure, and initiative are essential. This role will occasionally require in-person errands, location visits, and hands-on tasks that take you outside the office.

Weekend availability Friday-Sunday is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of internal workflows
  • Serve as a support point between the CEO, his Executive Assistant, and the broader team-helping manage communication, scheduling, and execution of key tasks
  • Assist with calendar coordination, personal errands, and time-sensitive logistics for company leadership
  • Support ad hoc, in-the-moment needs such as filming on location (e.g., apartment walkthroughs), sourcing items, or picking up physical tickets
  • Manage ticketing and fulfillment operations, including partner coordination and customer service
  • Support invoicing, reporting, and the ongoing refinement of internal processes
  • Collaborate on basic website updates and digital content maintenance (training can be provided)
  • Contribute to social media planning and assist with light content creation or video editing as needed (ideal, but not required-training available)
  • Ensure strong alignment between operational and creative initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in administrative, operational, or executive support roles (live events, theater, or entertainment industry experience preferred)
  • Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities without losing focus
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar); familiarity with ticketing or CRM software is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly-especially in areas like website management, social media, or video editing
  • Familiarity with New York City's theater district and venues is a plus
