We are working with a vibrant client in industrial buildings offering hip eateries, shops, art galleries & outdoor events. They are looking to add an Admin/ Compliance coordinator to the team

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

  • Monthly Billing: Execute the monthly billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices.
  • Credit Card Management: Oversee company credit cards, including processing payments, reconciling statements, and managing cardholder accounts.
  • Insurance Administration: Manage tenant insurance enrollment, guiding tenants through the process and ensuring accurate data entry into the system. This includes explaining insurance requirements and troubleshooting tenant issues.
  • Compliance Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on various programs to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Overdue Invoice Management: Monitor and manage invoices over 90 days, securing necessary approvals for payment processing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Organization and attention to detail are important to this role.
