We're looking for a
Customer Account Specialist with strong Excel proficiency to support GPO/Corporate Customers in the
Irving, TX area. This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-performing team managing data compliance, account setup, and client relationships within the 340B healthcare model. If you thrive on analysis and collaboration, this one's for you.
Position Details: - Hourly Rate: $32.00
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Type: Temp Assignment
- Location: Irving, TX
Key Responsibilities: - Manage account setup for 340B Covered Entity/Contracted Pharmacy business model
- Extract and audit customer compliance data using Excel, SAP, Snowflake, and Power BI
- Research and reconcile account issues, reporting to executive-level stakeholders
- Drive process improvements and maintain high customer satisfaction through timely resolution
Ideal Candidate: - 5+ years of experience in customer service, finance, or wholesale drug distribution
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (non-negotiable), with SAP and data analytics tools preferred
- Strong understanding of 340B processes, contracts, and account management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
