Job Description: Position Overview:
Greets and receives callers or visitors at establishment, and ascertains nature of business. Asks for caller's or visitor's name, arranges for appointment with or notifies person called upon on caller's arrival, guides caller to destination, and records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon. They will be responsible for all duties related to checking in and checking out patients.

There are no incoming phone calls, as we have a contact center.

Its all direct patient relations. Candidate needs to be personable and patient. Our patients have cancer and a lot of them are elderly.

Qualifications and Experience:
Experience with EMR/EPIC strongly preferred. 1+ years relevant customer service experience.

Minimum Education:
HS Diploma or equivalent

Location:
Upland with some potential coverage at the Corona location.

Schedule: M-F 8:30a-5p

Extension possible.
