Job Description: Greets and receives callers or visitors at establishment, and ascertains nature of business. Asks for caller's or visitor's name, arranges for appointment with or notifies person called upon on caller's arrival, guides caller to destination, and records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon.

Minimum Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a medical/clinical front office setting. Experience with insurance, medical records, and knowledge of medical terminology required.

Experience in oncology and coding preferred. Spanish language fluency preferred.

Minimum education:
HS Diploma or equivalent.

Location:
Santa Clarita

Schedule:
M-F 8a-5p
