- The Admin Asst II will support client's central compliance training reporting program, ensuring reporting is regularly updated, learners are notified of training status at pre-determined milestones, and leaders are informed as needed.
Major Duties - Schedule, curate, and publish centralized completion reporting 2-3 times a week.
- Send form notifications daily to internal customers based on established operating procedures.
- Escalate responses to Sr. Program Manager as appropriate
Skills: - You own this if you have Solid verbal and people skills as well as strong decision-making skills, an understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, have thrived in a fast-paced environment because of your professionalism, organizational and problem-solving skills, and embraced being about accountability, accuracy, initiative and having a high level of ownership.
Education: Minimum requirements - High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (with strong Excel and Outlook background)
