What You'll Do: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to both inside and outside sales teams, as well as upper management.
- Serve as the go-to liaison across departments and with external contacts-supporting everything from tradeshows and purchasing to HR, facilities, and operations.
- Coordinate internal and client-facing meetings, manage mail and deliveries, and assist with short-term cross-functional projects.
- Support budgeting, event planning, and tradeshow logistics.
What You Bring to the Table: Technical Skills: - 5+ years of administrative experience-ideally in a sales or manufacturing setting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a must.
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment.
