Adecco is currently assisting a reputable client in their search for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading company that values professionalism, growth, and teamwork.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
  • Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Support other departments as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven administrative or office support experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
