Position: Executive Administrative Assistant Location: Hybrid in Plano, TX 75024 (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
Duration: 12-month assignment
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $ 24.93/hr
Overview: Adecco Staffing is seeking a highly professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support a senior executive at one of the world's largest financial institutions. This hybrid role demands discretion, attention to detail, and top-tier organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities: - Extensive calendar and travel management
- Preparation of expense reports and meeting documents
- Coordination of high-level communications and events
- Interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Handling of sensitive information with integrity
Requirements: - 3+ years in an Executive Assistant or Senior Admin Assistant role
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership
- Strong MS Office proficiency, especially Outlook
- Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and organizational skills
Pay Details: $24.93 per hour
