Responsibilities of the Part-Time Admin Assistant -
Answer and direct phone calls; greet and assist clients in a professional manner

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys

Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
-
Perform data entry and maintain case management systems
-
Assist with billing, invoicing, and time entry as needed
-
Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Other administrative duties as assigned by attorneys or office manager
Preferred Qualifications of the Part-Time Admin Assistant

Prior administrative or legal office experience preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus

The Part-Time Admin Assistant role is fully onsite in Shaker Heights, OH with a salary range of $20,000 - $22,880 depending on experience.
