Administrative Assistant / Receptionist - Bank of America Location: Onsite in New York, NY 10036
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Assignment Type: Temporary (4-5 months)
Pay Rate: $ 25.93/hr

Key Responsibilities: - Add visitors to the OBP Visitor system (HID system)
- Act as ACR - Access Control Representative (programming cards for OBP floors)
- Book visitor offices through the EMS reservation system
- Open phone tickets for IBK floors (NSR)
- Submit LOB work orders (temperature control, office access, etc.)
- Assist the Business Continuity team with light admin tasks
- Perform general administrative and receptionist duties as needed
Required Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Professionalism and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Pay Details: $25.93 per hour
