Position Summary: This position is the welcoming heart and organizing force that helps the Calvary community gather, connect, and grow in faith. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our facility is a place where people and groups, both inside and outside of the church, feel at home and can engage fully in our mission. In addition, you will be Calvary's database resident expert and manager, and provide support for the Senior Pastor and Executive Director. If you love being in the middle of it all and consider yourself a versatile team player, this could be the position for you. You will not be bored.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the scheduling and facility logistics for all groups (internal and external) renting/reserving either of Calvary campuses, collaborating regularly with the Facilities Services Director.
- Mediate and address scheduling conflicts, developing solutions to ensure a warm, friendly, and excellent experience for all.
- Maintain accurate/detailed records, contributing to efficient resource management (facilities users) and database administration (people records).
- Assist Executive Director in managing and maintaining pastoral coverage schedules.
- Provide administrative assistance, including managing phone calls, emails, and other tasks for the Senior Pastor and Executive Director as needed.
- Ensure data standards, accuracy, security, and accessibility for Calvary's ChMS.
- Assist in the planning and execution of all special events which may include technology setup, check-in, food/beverage orders, special event resource rental/procurement.
- Assist the Communications Team in content consistency and proofing. Adobe Creative Suite proficiency and/or work with Eklessia (website tool) is a HUGE plus.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

- Previous experience in administrative or scheduling roles within a church is preferred.
- Maintains a positive and enthusiastic approach.
