About the Role
We're hiring a Remote Admin Assistant - Junior Zoho Administrator to assist our U.S.-based team with Zoho CRM customization, automation improvements, project coordination, and general administrative support. Candidates should be comfortable working with CRM systems, technology platforms, and eager to build strong technical and organizational skills.
What You'll Do
- Learn, customize, and manage Zoho applications (CRM, Projects, Books, Sales IQ, etc.).
- Enhance automation and workflow efficiency across sales, advertising, and operations departments.
- Support CEO, General Manager, and event specialists with daily tech-related tasks.
- Document system processes and help build internal training programs.
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new Zoho developers and team members.
- Monitor and report on leads, inquiries, sales pipelines, ROI, and marketing analytics.
- Communicate effectively with the team via Telegram and Zoom.
- Conduct research and development related to CRM optimization.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Customize Zoho CRM modules and layouts as per project requirements.
- Integrate and optimize workflows using Zoho Projects for better task management.
- Create reports and dashboards for tracking inquiries, sales, and ROI performance.
- Assist with maintenance and updates in Zoho Books and Sales IQ.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Admin teams to support Zoho automation.
- Participate in group meetings, reporting, and project discussions.
- Continuously learn and implement Zoho One apps as business needs evolve.
- Support overall digital transformation initiatives within Pelazzio.
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate or final-year student (IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- Strong computer skills; familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
- Quick learner with a genuine interest in CRM tools and automation.
- Good understanding of business processes and technology systems (preferred, not mandatory).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively.
- Ability to work remotely and adapt to U.S. time zones (evenings/weekends as needed).
