Position : Admin Assistant Location : Golden, CO Duration : 12 Months Contract Start Time : 8:00 AM End Time : 5:00 PM Total Hours/week :40.00 Description: - This role will serve as an Admin to the General Manager of the company.
Primary responsibilities include: - Scheduling meetings.
- Taking phone calls.
- Facilities management
- Payroll management.
- Corporate correspondence with certain parties.
- Assigned administrative paperwork.
- Other administrative functions as assigned.
Education: - Two or Four Year Degree preferred, or resonating experience.
- Fulfilling assigned tasks requires organizational skills and work ethic that comes with having a college degree of some kind. However, if they have demonstrated experience in a role like this, that is acceptable.
Experience needed - 2-3 Years with a degree.
- 5-6 without.
3 Must haves: - Strong Organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
