Now hiring a Clerical/Admin Clerk for a top organization in the Chesapeake area. Clerical/Admin Clerk Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (no weekends)
Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hr (negotiable based on accounting experience)

Clerical/Admin Clerk Job Description:
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties in a fast-paced office
  • Record and track information on government documents and update container statuses
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook to organize and manage data
  • Navigate efficiently in the Windows operating system
  • Maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity in all entries and reporting
  • Support additional administrative tasks as assigned
  • Help ensure office organization and contribute to overall team productivity

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or data entry role
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Windows
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • Accounting background is a plus
