Position Summary
The UNM Human Resources Service Center is seeking to hire Admin Assistants. The ideal candidates will have an interest in learning, developing and enhancing his/her education and business acumen.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with scanning and auditing of paper documents
• Research and elimination of hard copy files
• Provide input with Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for efficiencies
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

• Customer service experience
• Organization and able to meet project deadlines
• Attention to detail and using tracking tools
• Working in a fast-paced team environment where processes can change quickly and periodically
• Microsoft Office experience
• Preference given to HR-related majors
