HOW AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily
Completing transactional duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking
Interacting with our ongoing POC customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone, Skype or email
Handling and receiving incoming and outgoing correspondence As an Administrative Assistant II, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Principal Support to D/CSI and DD/CSI
Support as a member of CSI Support Team
Support will include calendar management
Duties include T&A administration, responding to requests for information and mailing publications, EARRS, ordering supplies and preparing routine office reports
Alerting principals of e-mails where action needs to be taken, or in some cases following up with questions and/or taking action WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: The position requires Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
The AA II requires HS Diploma and two (2) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
The core hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, but a flexible schedule is allowed
Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
